By accessing SceneWire (https://www.scenewire.tv), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Platform presentation

SceneWire is a live-streaming platform website. Its channel art, cast introductions, and SceneWire Live story material are presented as platform presentation and marketing. The site is not a licensed broadcaster or production house of record. Nothing here is professional advice, a legal claim, or a promise about specific programming, revenue, or outcomes.

The Vault purchases

The Vault may offer digital creator guides and other platform materials. The Authority Vault commerce layer controls the catalog, displayed price, visibility, checkout authorization, and download eligibility for this site. A purchase is not complete until the server confirms it. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe, whose terms and privacy practices also apply. Do not share a private download link.

Accounts and access

Authenticated areas use a requested email magic link. Keep access to your email account secure and do not ask another person to use your session. We may suspend or revoke access when needed to protect the site, an account, a purchase, or the integrity of the creator workspace.

Content and permitted use

The site, platform materials, artwork, text, and digital guides belong to their respective rights holders. You may access them for personal, non-commercial use permitted by your purchase or account. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or use the site to impersonate the platform or its operators.

Prohibited conduct

• Use the site or its services unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, checkout, download, or server-side access controls.
• Interfere with site availability, security, or the integrity of canonical platform records.
• Submit payment-card data, malware, or abusive content.

Availability and liability

The site and digital materials are provided as available and may change, pause, or become unavailable for maintenance, security, rights, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, SceneWire and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or inability to access it.
